Moulding and Better Grade

Moulding and Better Grade is a high quality grade suitable for remanufacture into mouldings and high quality components. Very high recoveries can be achieved by ripping to the exact width required for finished products.

Moulding is normally produced rough sawn to maximise recoveries, but can be surfaced on 2 faces if required.

Specifications
At least 2/3 of the board recoverable in rips 2" and wider, 10' and longer. The lumber is produced random width and will have some wane.

Drying:
Kiln drying 8 - 12%

5/4" Thick Random Width
6/4" Thick Random Width

Lengths:
8' to 20'
