MSG Framing and G8

A New Zealand structural grade that can be manufactured in MSG 6 or MSG 8, used for building light timber frames for domestic housing and MSG 12 used for roof trusses. Kiwi Lumber can also produce G8 in CCA treatment for outdoor applications.

Specifications
All MSG products comply with NZS 3622 requirements. MSG grade verification of strength is independently audited by a professional industry auditing body called Grade Right (NZ) Ltd.
We label every MSG grade product with their brand that signals the product has passed the auditing requirements of our independent grade auditor.
